Now we already know there will be a few phones in the Nokia range of Windows phones when they are released. We found out about the Nokia SeaRay back in June thanks to Nokia CEO Stephen Elop. We then found out about the Nokia Sabre thanks to Microsoft.
Now the latest news is a third phone called the Nokia Ace will be joining the line-up and we’re talking high-end. The news comes from an anonymous tipster who sent My Nokia Blog information about the phone.
The Nokia Ace will reportedly be packing a 4.3-inch AMOLED clear black display, 1.4GHz processor, 8-megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash and Carl Zeiss optics, 16GB of internal storage, 1,800mAh battery and HSPA+ speeds. It will be running Windows Mango OS. The tipster also stated the phone would be Nokia’s first 4G LTE phone and would be heading to AT&T in the first quarter of 2012.
This is still very much a rumor so should be taken with a pinch of salt. However, we shouldn’t have too long to wait before we find out more as Nokia are expected to announce their range of Windows phones on October 26 at Nokia World.
