Huawei MediaPad tablet pictures leaked, heading to T-Mobile 4G network

Pictures have been leaked by TmoNews which appear to be the Huawei MediaPad tablet. According to reports the device is heading to T-Mobile and will support their 4G network.

The tablet was first announced back in June with an expected release date in August, however that never happened. It has now been re-scheduled for release in Malaysia next month, with a worldwide release later in the year.

The Huawei MediaPad has a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 7-inch IPS WVGA 1280x 800 pixel resolution display, a 1.3-megpixel front-facing camera and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and HD video capture. It comes with 16GB internal storage which is expandable with a microSD card slot. It will be running Android 3.2 Honeycomb and has Flash 10.3 support.

In terms of pricing, we’re expecting a competitive price but it will require a two-year data contract. It is expected the table will be unveiled at CTIA next month.
