With the HTC event in New York coming up on September 20th, it seems to have sparked a series of HTC leaks. Over the last few days we have got a first look at the HTC Runnymede and HTC Bliss and their full specs were leaked. Then just yesterday we found out that the HTC Bliss will infact be called the HTC Rhyme when it is released.
Today we get a look at the HTC Vigor after PocketNow received the first press shot. The handset has been widely rumored as HTC’s next flagship phone and when it is released on the Verizon network it will be the most powerful smartphone on the market.
With a rumored dual-core 1.5GHz processor and a stunning 720×1280 HD display its sure to leave every other smartphone trailing in its dust. As if that wasn’t enough other features include LTE compatibility, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. It is expected to be running the latest version of Google’s Android OS Gingerbread 2.3.4 alongside HTC’s Sense 3.5 UI. It has also been rumored to feature Beats Audio technology.
There is no confirmed release date, however the buzz on the rumor mill is that it could go on sale as soon as September 20th; the same day at the upcoming HTC event. No word on price either but we will update you when we know more.
