Full specs for the HTC Runnymede which we got a first look at yesterday have been leaked along with full specs for the much rumored female-targeted smartphone. The leak reveals the specs for the European versions of the phones and comes just a week before HTC’s upcoming event held in New York on September 20th; where it is expected they will reveal both phones.
The HTC Bliss has been making the rounds on the rumor mill ever since its existence was discovered back in May and the Specs that had been rumored are just as expected.
The specs confirm that the HTC Bliss will sport a 3.7-inch Super LCD display at 800 x 480 resolution, a VGA front-facing camera, and a 5-megapixel rear-facing auto-focus camera capable of 720p HD video capture. Other features include Bluetooth 3.0, single-band 802.11n, and tri-band 14.4Mbps HSPA support.
However the most significant thing that the specs confirm is the much rumored charm indicator. The phone will indeed sport the charm indicator which will light up when you receive an incoming call.
Moving on to the HTC Runnymede; it was rumored to have a huge 4.7-inch display which it does have, however it is only a WVGA display. It will be powered by a powered by a single-core 1.5 Qualcomm MSM8255 processor. It will have an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera capable of 720p video capture and dual-LED flash.
The most exciting rumor that the specs confirm however, is that it will be one of the first handsets from HTC to sport the Beats audio technology following the company’s $300 million exclusive partnership with Beats Audio.
