Japan is set to get a new smartphone from Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile Communications in the form of the Arrows Z ISW11F. The device will be running the Android OS and is waterproof.
The company say they are targeting males aged 25-40 with the device, however there is also a pink version of females. It’s sporting a 4.3-inch display with 1280 x 720 resolution and can output 720p video. It has a a 1.2GHz OMAP4430 processor, 8GB of integrated ROM, 1GB of RAM and comes with a 32GB microSD card.
On the rear is has an incredible 13.1-megapixel camera and 1.3-megapixel camera on the front. It different camera effects such as vivid and soft focus. It supports 1080p video recording. Other features include a 1460 mAh battery and FM tuner.
In terms of connectivity it supports WiMax 4G, CDMA and GSM networks, as well as WiFi hotspot use. The phone measures 64 x 128 x 10.1mm and weighs in at 131g. It will be released in an array of different colors; blue, white, black and pink.
It will be priced at 10,000 yen (around $130) in Japan. There is no word of it being released in Europe or the US, however as a low budget phone with such a great camera I imagine it could sell quite well worldwide.
