Screens have been leaked that show the UI and other features of Google’s upcoming OS Ice Cream Sandwich.
We reported yesterday that Samsung would be releasing a new smartphone later this year that will be running the highly anticipated Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS, but until now we have had little information or details about the OS. The leaked screens show the OS running on a Nexus S.
The screens were leaked by Android Police Blog and RootzWiki.com.
Looking at the screens we can see Google have opted for a blue tinted theme. It will launch will Google shopper and NFC Enabled devices will be able to make use of those features. Gmail has been given an overhaul, new launcher, redesigned app bar and a camera with built in panorama mode.
According to rumors Google plan to release the new OS later this year on both phones and tablets. Contrary to reports the Nexus Prime will be the first to get the OS, with other devices following next.
